1. Data Collection & "Audience DNA"

When you connect a social account (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), we collect public metadata, comment history, and engagement metrics. We process this data to generate an "Audience Persona." This data is shared with Advertisers in an anonymized, aggregated format.

2. API Services

StreamClick uses YouTube API Services, Meta Graph API, and TikTok for Developers. By using our app, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

3. Financial Data

We do not store your credit card or bank account information on our servers. All financial transactions are processed via Stripe Connect.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated "Audience DNA" profile at any time via the Settings dashboard. Upon request, we will delete all PII (Personally Identifiable Information) within 30 days, retaining only transaction logs required by law.
