1. The Platform Service

StreamClick ("We") provides a programmatic marketplace connecting Advertisers with Content Creators. By using our service, you agree that StreamClick acts as an escrow agent and technology provider, not an employer.

2. Bounty Pools & Payouts

Advertisers deposit funds into a "Bounty Pool." Creators are paid a percentage of this pool based on performance metrics (clicks, conversions). Payouts are calculated dynamically: (Total Pool / Total Verified Actions) * Creator Actions.

We reserve the right to freeze pools if we suspect bot activity or fraudulent clicks.

3. Automated Verification (AI)

You acknowledge that verification of ad placement is performed by Automated Content Verification (ACV) systems (AI). To receive payment, your content must:

• Contain the specific keywords or script required by the campaign.
• Visually display the product or asset for the minimum required duration.
• Include the correct tracking URL in the video description or bio.

If the AI fails to verify your content, no payout will be issued. Disputes may be submitted for manual review but are subject to a processing fee.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use bots, click-farms, or incentivized traffic sources to inflate performance metrics. StreamClick utilizes proprietary fingerprinting technology to detect fraud. Detected fraud results in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings.
